Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. Base salary is just one component of our competitive Total Rewards package, which includes wellness programs designed to support our team members  financial, physical, and mental well-being. Specific benefits—such as day-one medical coverage, 401(k) matching, and annual performance bonus—may vary by position. WE LOVE OUR WORK.

• Provides timely and courteous food and beverage service to Club 38 ViP guests.
• Records accurate counts of Club 38 ViP Lounge guests and companions through the use of the application.
• Maintains knowledge of all current and upcoming special events in the Club 38 ViP Lounge and helps build excitement for these promotions.
• Acts as guest service liaison, handles guest opportunities and resolves situations to ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service throughout the 38 ViP Club Lounge.

• At least one (1) year of guest service experience in a casino environment highly preferred.
• Must possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
• Must have the ability to interact with guests, staff, and colleagues and resolve problems and conflicts in a diplomatic and tactful manner.
• Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team.
• Ability to maintain a high level of energy and take a proactive and strategic approach to dealing with issues.
• Must be flexible to work all shifts, including nights, weekends, holidays, and overtime as business needs dictate.
