Initial placement within the salary range is based on an individual's relevant knowledge, skills, and experience. • Serve guests and anticipate their needs utilizing Ameristar standards and signature sequence of service
• Respond to guest requests or place guest in contact with appropriate person for assistance
• Must have excellent guest service skills; outgoing personality and demonstrate friendliness and enthusiasm
• Able to communicate effectively to guests, team members and leaders

• Strong organizational skills and excellent attention to detail
• Able to perform basic math and cash handling skills
• Ability to effectively work independently and as part of a team
• Must be able to work at a fast pace with a sense of urgency
• Adherence to Alcohol Safety Standards and liquor laws
