Responsible for opening and closing table games, verifying counts, inspecting card decks, tracking player transactions, monitoring bets and payouts, completing rating cards, initiating and verifying table fills, offering complimentary items to guests, investigating and resolving guest complaints, and performing performance management of team members. Demonstrate regulatory, departmental, and company policy compliance and act as a role model for integrity.

• Open and close table games in assigned area verifying counts as provided by the dealer.
• Inspect card decks prior to play.
• Track and record player buy-ins, wins, losses, and bet amounts.
• Monitor bets and payouts and correct as needed.
• Complete rating cards for players.
• Initiate and verify fills to tables.
• Provide complimentary items to guests as requested in accordance with policies and procedures.
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints or concerns in accordance with standard procedures.
• Perform performance management of team members including coaching, training, documentation, and appraisals.
• Maintain overall integrity of daily operations and model regulatory compliance.
• Represent Caesars positively and encourage others to do the same.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Good oral and written communication skills and ability to handle difficult customers with tact.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access, Outlook).
• Ability to prioritize multiple projects and meet strict deadlines.
• Calm, rational decision-making under stress.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, and move around the property, including pushing, pulling, and lifting up to 25 lbs.; reasonable accommodations available.
• Integrity and adherence to regulatory standards.

Minimum 2 years progressively more challenging experience in a gaming operations role, with table games experience preferred.

• Fast paced environment.
• Exposure to dust, smoke, varying noise, temperature, lighting, vibration, crowds, and air quality.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
