- Greet and welcome students, staff, and campus guests.
- Answer incoming phone calls to campus and direct them to the appropriate department, area, or service.
- Provide support and assistance to admissions/recruiting staff as required.
- Provide tours and guidance to campus guests.
- Excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to students and campus guests.
- Able to work in a fast paced environment.
- Must be able to sit stationary for extended periods of time.
- Candidate may be required to walk intermediate distances when required.
- Must be a current IWCC student and in good academic standing.
- Ability to lif up to 10lbs.
- Ability to sit or stand for extended periods of time.
