As a Member Service Representative, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our members, providing excellent customer service and support. You will assist in meeting the needs of our members by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and promoting our services. The ideal candidate will be friendly, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the first line of support for members, providing information about products and services.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries in a courteous and professional manner.
- Resolve member concerns and issues effectively and efficiently, ensuring a positive experience.
- Maintain accurate member records and update information as necessary.
- Assist in processing member transactions, including payments, account changes, and new member enrollments.
- Promote additional services and products that may benefit members.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure a seamless member experience.
- Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge.

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent; some college coursework preferred.
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in using computer systems and software; experience with CRM systems is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal skills with a commitment to building positive relationships.
- Flexibility to work varied hours, including evenings and weekends, based on business needs.
