• Lead generate for 15 hours a week
• Conduct three open houses monthly
• Consult with buyers, convert with signed buyer agreements and identify homes
• Negotiate offers on behalf of sellers and buyers
• Track tasks and activities in Brivity Technology
• Convert prospecting and lead generation activities to appointments
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Consult with sellers, convert to listings and market home
• Demonstrate expertise on pricing strategies, staging and other listing related services

• Are a licensed real estate agent (new or experienced)
• Care deeply about your clients’ outcomes
• Value ethics, transparency, and professionalism
