• Own portfolio performance analytics, defining and maintaining KPIs across credit, profitability, and risk
• Perform cohort and segmentation analysis to identify performance trends and insights
• Build and maintain executive dashboards and automated reporting for clear performance communication
• Monitor portfolio concentration limits and develop early warning indicators for risk exposure
• Partner with various departments to deliver analytics solutions and ensure data integrity

• Proven experience in portfolio analytics, including segmentation and performance driver identification
• Strong analytical skills with a decision science mindset, focusing on hypothesis-driven analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively across teams and influence change without authority
• Experience in delivering analytics products, ensuring consistency and quality
• Exceptional documentation and governance skills for metric definitions and reporting

• Advanced degree (MS/MBA/PhD) in a quantitative field
• Familiarity with modern data stacks and version control systems
• Experience in capital markets, including investor reporting and securitization support
• Background in designing and evaluating policy tests or experiments
• Proficiency with tools such as JIRA/Confluence and project planning practices for analytics delivery
