• What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  Ensure operations and key suppliers have an effective end-to-end control environment by identifying gaps during testing
• Document and perform complex process and control testing to provide assurance on operational effectiveness
• Manage assigned testing timelines to ensure tasks and reporting are completed on schedule
• Collaborate with stakeholders to provide feedback on testing results and ensure corrective actions are completed
• Mentor analysts to build critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills

• 5+ years of relevant experience in audit, compliance testing, or control/transactional reviews
• Experience in the banking and/or fintech industry with knowledge of banking products and regulations
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, with experience analyzing large datasets
• Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

• Experience in building and improving testing scripts and processes
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to synthesize diverse data and draw appropriate conclusions
• A results-oriented mindset with a track record of exceeding expectations
• Inquisitive nature and attention to detail
• Ability to coach and mentor peers effectively
