ABOUT

THE ROLE

The Executive Administrative Assistant will play a key supporting role to firm leadership in helping to carry out the company’s many growth initiatives. In particular, this individual will work closely with the CEO and Managing Directors to support daily execution, optimize firm efficiency, enhance team culture, and help strengthen investor and partner relationships. Leveraging strong organizational and interpersonal skills, along with a highly team-centric mindset, the Executive Administrative Assistant serves as a central coordinating resource, enabling leadership and teams to operate at their highest level.

This role will regularly interact with investors, prospective capital partners, and other external partners and will therefore be an important face to the firm. This individual will also provide direct support to the Managing Director of Capital Formation, including assistance with investor communications, meeting preparation, CRM coordination, and logistics related to fundraising and relationship-building activities.

QUALIFICATIONS & RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Minimum 3 years of prior relevant experience, preferably with a professional services firm (investment or development firm, investment banking, private equity etc.)
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple requests, priorities and deadlines
  • Exceptional attention to detail and drive for high-quality work product
  • Excellent interpersonal and observational skills with ability to anticipate needs and communicate timely
  • Team-oriented mindset with uncompromising integrity, high professionalism and positive disposition
  • IT savvy including experience with Microsoft Suite of products
  • Provide executive-level administrative support including calendar management, meeting coordination, travel logistics, and preparation of materials
  • Support planning and execution of investor, broker, and internal team events
  • Maintain contact databases and assist with CRM systems and reporting related to investor and broker relationships
  • Serve as a key point of coordination across internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth communication and follow-through
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Salary based, bonus eligible; market competitive dependent upon qualification. As a full-time role, this position will also qualify for the company’s highly subsidized health/dental benefits as well as its matching 401K plan.
