Salary: $65,000 – $75,000

• Handle compliance requirements such as sales/use tax, lien waivers, and insurance certificates
• Partner with project managers to review budgets, costs, and variances
• Prepare timely financial reports and analysis for leadership
• Associate degree in Accounting
• Solid understanding of project‑based accounting and cost allocation
• Construction industry experience preferred but not required
