A well‑established construction company is seeking an Accountant to support day‑to‑day accounting operations across multiple job sites and projects. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment and enjoys working closely with project managers, field teams, and operations leadership. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and comfortable navigating the unique complexities of construction accounting.

• Support month-end close, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
• Maintain and reconcile job cost reports and track project-level financial performance.
• Process AP/AR, ensuring accuracy of vendor invoices, job coding, and billing.
• Support cash management, including recording deposits and preparing cash reports.
• Assist with compliance, including sales/use tax, lien waivers, and insurance certificates.
• Collaborate with project managers to review budgets, costs, and variances.
• Prepare reports for leadership with timely, accurate financial data.

• Associates in Accounting
• Solid understanding of project accounting and cost allocation.
