Peace Health has an immediate opening for a full-time, experienced advanced practice clinician interested in a Walk-in Clinic (Priority Care) opportunity in the heart of Cottage Grove, OR. Cottage Grove Community Medical Center and Clinics are part of Peace Health’s Oregon West Network.

Peace Health shows its commitment to clinician wellness by providing an Inbox Clinician program designed to minimize inbox burden as well as a dedicated Clinician Well-Being Program.

Compensation/Benefits:

• First year salary amount: $139,734 based on a 1.0 FTE Employment bonus
• Relocation financial assistance with access to relocation vendors such as home finding services, rental housing and household moving services.
• Select from one of three health and medical benefit plans.
• Two retirement savings accounts, 403(b) & 401(a), with an optional third 457(b) plan for those who qualify.

Position Highlights:

• 4-day work week! Clinic is open Monday – Friday, 8am – 6pm.
• Priority care embedded within a primary care clinic
• Capable of ALL types of procedures; all ages
• Rapid response team from the ED available 24/7 for your patients
• Onsite behavioral health, social work, ACC clinic, Imaging/MRI/Ultrasound, and diabetes education/nutrition
