Track and Field Coach

Lincoln Middle School

Lincoln Middle School is seeking applicants for Track and Field coaches for the upcoming Track and Field season. This position supports LMS students in achieving success both athletically and academically.

• Effectively teach and develop fundamental track & field skills, techniques, and strategies.
• Plan, organize, conduct, and evaluate practice sessions.
• Assist in the development and implementation of training plans and event-specific instruction.
• Serve as a leader, mentor, and role model for student-athletes.
• Collaborate with the full coaching staff to build a cohesive and competitive program.
• Attend all practices and meets.

Compensation is provided through a coaching stipend and is determined based on available funding.
