CDL A Driver Bulk Driver (Open) – Cottage Grove, MN (AMG) - Bulk cryo logistics
Airgas is hiring for a CDL A Bulk Driver. We are looking for you to join a diverse and inclusive workplace, with opportunities for compensation, benefits and growth.
Responsibilities- Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
- Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs and act accordingly.
- Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to the supervisor, including service interruptions, as required.
- Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and Airgas policy.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 21 years of age.
- 3+ years of experience as a tractor-trailer driver.
- Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements.
Preferred Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED, two years technical college or military technical experience.
- Three (3) years of Haz Mat or Tanker experience preferred.
- Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases preferred.
- Pay rate during training: $34.50 per hour.
- Potential annual earnings: $90K - $100K+.
- Quarterly incentive bonus.
- $2000 driver referral bonus (unlimited).
- Travel:
Home daily / occasional layovers. - Work schedule:
Nights and weekends (shift premiums for nights and weekends). - Full benefits package after 30 days:
