CDL A Driver Bulk Driver (Open) – Cottage Grove, MN (AMG) - Bulk cryo logistics

Airgas is hiring for a CDL A Bulk Driver. We are looking for you to join a diverse and inclusive workplace, with opportunities for compensation, benefits and growth.

• Drive Commercial Motor Vehicle (Tractor-trailer) to transport and off-load compressed and liquefied industrial gases to customers or storage sites in a safe, timely, accurate, and courteous manner.
• Perform pre- and post-trip inspections to identify maintenance needs and act accordingly.
• Report accidents, injuries, safety issues, driving citations, and customer complaints to the supervisor, including service interruptions, as required.
• Complete and submit reports as required by the DOT and Airgas policy.

Required Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• 3+ years of experience as a tractor-trailer driver.
• Class A CDL with Haz Mat and Tanker endorsements.

Preferred Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED, two years technical college or military technical experience.
• Three (3) years of Haz Mat or Tanker experience preferred.
• Product knowledge of cryogenic, compressed and specialty gases preferred.

• Pay rate during training: $34.50 per hour.
• Potential annual earnings: $90K - $100K+.
• Quarterly incentive bonus.
• $2000 driver referral bonus (unlimited).
• Travel:
  Home daily / occasional layovers.
• Work schedule:
  
  Nights and weekends (shift premiums for nights and weekends).
