Base pay range: $65,000.00/yr - $95,000.00/yr

As a Commercial Lines Manager
, you will play a key leadership role in a growing insurance agency, overseeing a high-quality commercial book while helping drive operational efficiency and departmental growth.

• Manage a select portfolio of high-end Commercial Lines clients
• Partner with the Director of Commercial Lines on daily operations and strategic initiatives
• Develop and streamline workflows and procedures to improve efficiency
• Identify growth opportunities, including cross-selling and expanded coverage solutions
• Support achievement of departmental and agency performance goals
• Deliver an exceptional client service experience
• Prepare and analyze monthly performance reports
• Maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers
• Foster a positive, collaborative team environment
• Train and support staff on the agency management system and carrier platforms
• Participate in performance reviews, hiring, and training of new team members
• Perform additional duties as needed

• 5+ years of Commercial Lines insurance experience
• Active MA Property & Casualty License
• Applied Epic experience strongly preferred
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Self-motivated with a high level of accountability
• Team-oriented with excellent problem-solving and customer service skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
