Overview

O2B Kids is a part of O2B Early Education which began in Gainesville, FL in 1998 and has grown nationwide. We discuss position and center fit based on location, desired position, schedule, and age preferences. We schedule interviews to determine the best fit.

Base pay range: $29,120.00/yr - $48,880.00/yr

• Infant Teacher
• Toddler Teacher
• Lead Preschool Teacher
• PreK Lead Teacher
• School-Age Counselor
• Receptionist
• Cafe/Nutrition Specialist

• Work Monday - Friday for full time employment
• Execute lesson plans and curriculum
• Maintain licensing requirements
• Complete required assessments and observations
• Talk to parents and help meet their needs
• Maintain cleanliness in the classroom
• Have fun!
• Discuss responsibilities for less common positions as needed

• CDA, Associates Degree, or higher (preferred but not required)
• CPR/First Aid
• Experience working with children 0-13 years-old (preferred but not required)
• Willing to train

• 50% off of preschool or after school tuition for full-time employees (50% off each additional for two children)
• First four weeks of tuition for two children free at time of hire
