We are seeking energetic and dependable Movers / Packers / Drivers to join our small, close knit team. In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring smooth, efficient moves by packing, loading, and transporting items with precision and care. Your enthusiasm, energy, and attention to detail will help deliver exceptional service to our clients while maintaining a safe and organized work environment. This position offers a fantastic opportunity to develop your skills in moving, communication, customer service, and driving (optional), all while being part of a supportive team dedicated to excellence and customer care.

• Safely load and unload furniture, boxes, and other items using proper lifting techniques and equipment such as furniture dollies, and occasionally pallet jacks.
• Pack belongings securely using appropriate materials to prevent damage during transit
• IF interested in driving: operating commercial vehicles (box trucks, CDL not required but appreciated)
• Assist with route driving, ensuring timely pickups and deliveries while adhering to safety regulations
• Maintain accurate records of items loaded, unloaded, or delivered for each job
• Collaborate with team members to organize moving schedules and optimize routes for efficiency
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients during pickups and drop-offs, and maintaining an open easy flow with clients during the load and move
• Maintaining a fast and energetic pace throughout the move to ensure speed and client satisfaction

• Prior warehouse experience or background in moving services preferred but not required
• Valid  Drivers License required
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required for driver position
• Strong physical ability for heavy lifting, manual labor, and moving bulky items safely
• Familiarity with customer service practices in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to clearly communicate with fellow employees and clients a necessity
• Delivery driver experience involving route driving with box trucks or similar vehicles is highly desirable
• Ability to follow safety protocols diligently during all aspects of loading, unloading, and driving
