We’re hiring a Business Development Manager to drive growth in the Healthcare market. You will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities to drive growth and profitability within the Healthcare markets. This is an exciting opportunity to expand the brand by building a focused target account list, developing relationships with decision-makers, and winning new business.

What You’ll Do:
  • Develop and manage a strategic target customer list; segment and prioritize high-value opportunities.
  • Build relationships and gain access to key decision-makers within target accounts to drive revenue and pipeline growth.
  • Lead proposals and the RFP process, ensuring alignment with customer needs, inventory, and company objectives.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to develop and deliver business pitches and customer solutions.
  • Design and execute short- and long-term business development plans that support organizational goals.
  • Use CRM and data analysis tools to track and communicate sales activity, pipeline performance, and customer insights.
  • Share timely voice-of-customer feedback to inform strategy and future product initiatives.
  • Apply strong financial and analytical thinking to support sales planning and execution.
What You Bring:
  • 5+ years of experience in sales or business development.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and developing new business.
  • Experience managing complex sales cycles and negotiating contracts.
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams to secure new business.
  • Strong presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
  • Experience using CRM systems and sales tracking tools.
  • Healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office;
    Power BI experience a plus.
  • Travel up to 70%

Pay Range: $95,000-$115,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
