Position SummaryHR MGMT 10, LLC is an Employer of Record providing workforce support services to partnered brands operating in regulated and multi-state environments. The Operational Sales Manager (HQ) is responsible for overseeing the operational execution, structure, and performance support of the sales organization.
This role is not a traditional quota-carrying sales position. Instead, it focuses on sales execution, systems, process discipline, and cross-functional alignment
, ensuring that sales teams are properly enabled, orders flow accurately, and revenue operations scale efficiently.
The ideal candidate is an organized, execution-driven operator who brings structure, accountability, and consistency to sales operations while partnering closely with leadership, marketing, finance, and operations.
Core Responsibilities- Own day-to-day sales operations to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant execution
- Oversee order flow, approvals, pricing adherence, and required documentation
- Ensure sales processes are followed consistently across brands, regions, and channels
- Act as the operational escalation point for sales-related issues
- Develop, maintain, and improve sales processes, SOPs, and workflows
- Partner with leadership to implement and optimize sales tools, CRM systems, and reporting dashboards
- Ensure sales teams have clear documentation, training, and resources to operate efficiently
- Identify gaps in execution and recommend scalable process improvements
- Collaborate with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Logistics to align sales execution with inventory, campaigns, and fulfillment
- Ensure smooth handoffs between sales, order processing, fulfillment, and invoicing
- Support alignment between sales strategy and operational reality
- Track and report on key operational sales metrics, including order accuracy, cycle times, and execution efficiency
- Provide leadership with visibility into sales activity, pipeline health, and operational risks
- Support forecasting efforts by ensuring sales data and inputs are accurate and timely
- Ensure sales activities comply with internal policies, regulatory requirements, and contractual terms
- Monitor pricing, discounting, and deal structure for consistency and approval compliance
- Reduce operational errors that impact revenue recognition, customer experience, or compliance
- Provide guidance and support to sales operations or account support staff, as applicable
- Reinforce accountability, organization, and execution standards
- Serve as a steady operational leader supporting a fast-paced sales environment
- 5+ years of experience in sales operations, revenue operations, or sales support leadership
- Strong understanding of sales workflows, order management, and cross-functional execution
- Experience operating in multi-brand, high-growth, or regulated environments
- Proven ability to build structure, processes, and operational discipline
- Strong organizational and communication skills with high attention to detail
- Experience in CPG, cannabis, hemp, wellness, or other regulated industries
- Experience working with CRM systems and sales reporting tools
- Experience supporting multi-state or multi-channel sales organizations
- Sales operations run smoothly with minimal errors or bottlenecks
- Clear, documented sales processes are followed consistently
- Improved alignment between sales, marketing, operations, and finance
- Leadership has clear visibility into sales execution and operational risks
- Sales teams are enabled to focus on selling—not fixing operational issues
Placement within the range is based on experience, depth of sales operations ownership, systems proficiency, and ability to independently manage sales execution in a multi-brand environment.
