• Base pay: $17.50 per hour
• Commission on all product, package, upgrade, and membership sales

• Meet sales goals measured daily, weekly, and monthly
• Consult with customers in a professional, upbeat manner
• Educate customers on safe tanning practices and retail items
• Maintain a clean and organized salon
• Open and close business operations
• Complete daily administrative paperwork and goal tracking
• Walk customers to their rooms and demonstrate tanning equipment usage to first‑time users
• Attend off‑site sales and job trainings

• High school or equivalent
• Minimum age 18 years
• Ability to stand, bend, walk for long periods of time (approximately 7 hours per day)
• Ability to lift 25 pounds without assistance
• Reliable transportation
• Flexible availability including nights and weekends
