Full-Time Sales Representative at United Defense Tactical

The purpose of this role is to increase revenue by enrolling more customers into our on-site, membership based training program. This role presents an exciting opportunity to engage with customers, showcase our reality-based simulator, and provide informative tours of our facility.

• Conduct 90‑minute training demos, facility tours, and membership offers, enrolling customers into our membership program.
• Manage prospecting by scheduling tours from a database of interested candidates.
• Nurture leads that did not sign up during demos to convert them into customers.
• Update the CRM daily with accurate information and ensure no opportunity to earn commissions is missed.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• Industry‑specific certifications are beneficial but not required.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and problem‑solving skills.

Work 40 hours a week. Common work schedules include:

• Weekday mornings or afternoons
