A day in the life of a Real Estate Financial Analyst VF looks a little like this.

• You will play a key financial modeling role for all VF Americas Real Estate needs including new stores, relocations, remodels, and renewals across 720+ stores between six VF brands (Vans, The North Face, Timberland, Icebreaker, Kipling, Altra) across US, Canada and Mexico.
• Using internal (cross brand sales and KPIs) and external data (demographics, co‑tenant sales) you will provide revenue projections for new stores.
• Analyze and correlate demographic information by location/trade area with store performance.
• Prepare post audits on new stores, relocations, remodels to determine the accuracy of the initial projection and to sharpen projections going forward.
• Partnership with brand Finance teams to validate projections.
• Be curious and seek to understand variances.
• Continuously seek to improve processes to maximize efficiency and accuracy.
• Other ad hoc analysis as needed to support the business.

What do you need to succeed?

The foundation skills you will need in this position are:

• 3+ years experience in finance, real estate, or data science at a large‑scale company, preferably in the retail or consumer‑related industries.
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, data science or related field.
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Organized and detail‑oriented.
• Understanding of financial statements.
• Advanced Excel skills.

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred.

• Understanding of lease accounting standards.
• Lease Administration experience a plus.
• Experience with market planning software such as Sitewise.
• Power BI and Microsoft Copilot experience a plus.

Hiring Range: $73,440.00 USD - $91,800.00 USD annually
