Average total pay: $17.40 - $20.50+ an hour (hourly base pay + uncapped tiered commission structure, based on meeting your sales goal)

As a Key Holder, you would be responsible for providing every customer with a great experience. You will be expected to maintain a strong sense of product knowledge, and to provide customers and team members with in-depth information on product features and benefits. You would also assist with, and be knowledgeable in, all store operations, including opening and closing procedures, administering returns/store credit, special orders, and dividing tasks amongst Sales Associates.

• Ensure the Rev Zilla brand is maintained through exceptional service and continued focus on improvement of the in-store customer experience. The Key Holder serves as an essential sales leader for the store, achieving daily sales objectives.
• Maintain store cleanliness, seasonal and fill-in merchandising, and displays
• Maintain an expert level of knowledge on Rev Zilla’s product offerings by consistently seeking out training and sharing new trends and product knowledge with customers

• Improve the operational efficiency of Rev Zilla’s retail operation by offering thoughts and ideas on how to consistently provide a better experience to the customer

• We see customers of varying degrees of riding experience every day, so you will explain the same principles over and over, day in and day out
• Creating memorable experiences for our customers starts with a team of passionate motorcycle enthusiasts who share the love of the thrill of the ride. This means you also ride, have a varied riding portfolio and will want to share your stories from the road, the track, or the dirt with our customers.

• 1 year + of Key Holder or Sales Lead experience, or an equivalent role at a retail store
• 2 years + of sales or customer service experience
• A self-starter mentality that consistently delivers an outstanding, personalized retail experience
• An open mind, and is eager to learn and be a part of the riding community
• Experience with computers and POS systems
• Motorcycle riding, knowledge, or interest
