Position:
Style Consultant. A role focused on strong operations and delivering an exceptional guest experience through visual merchandising and in-store presentations that inspire guests and support sales.

• Drive sales and maintain a guest-ready floor by executing visual standards, promotional signing, and maintaining knowledge of assortment and brand offerings to assist guests as needed.
• Use store tools to understand sales and inventory, and to support guest needs.
• Sort freight, move merchandise to the salesfloor, and locate items in the backroom based on business needs.
• Set visual presentations and merchandising guides to support guest experience and sales.
• Maintain product availability on the salesfloor through priority fills, manual fills, and merchandising to capacity.
• Maintain backroom organization to support replenishment, fulfillment, and guest requests.
• Remerchandise presentations as items sell through to deliver an inspiring shopping experience.
• Support price change processes, including signing and clearance merchandising.
• Maintain and use fitting rooms to welcome, inspire, and assist guests.
• Support fulfillment and guest needs by moving merchandise from fitting rooms to the salesfloor as needed.
• Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, and compliance; work safely and report hazards.
• Support guest services such as back-up cashier, order pickup (OPU), and Drive-up (DU); ensure compliance with relevant laws.
• Greet guests, engage with them to solve their needs, and thank them for shopping with Target.
• Other duties based on business needs.

• You are open to a flexible schedule with varying hours, days or shifts (including nights, weekends, holidays).

• Strong interest and knowledge of apparel products and accessories.
• Welcoming attitude toward guests and team members.
• Ability to communicate on multiple devices and operate scanners and other tech as directed.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or with a team.
• Ability to resolve guest questions quickly and stay focused in a fast-paced environment.
• Capacity to manage multiple tasks within established time frames.

• Accurately handle cash register operations as needed.
• Ability to climb ladders and lift/move merchandise up to 15 pounds regularly and up to 44 pounds occasionally without assistance.
• Flexible work schedule (nights, weekends, holidays); reliable attendance required.
• Ability to work in varying temperatures and conditions (e.g., Drive-Up, carryout).
• Mobility for the duration of a scheduled shift.
