Sales Associate - Bridal Sales

Overview

We are seeking experienced candidates for our large-scale couture bridal boutique, with a strong emphasis on product knowledge, excellent customer service, styling, and a proven success record of meeting and exceeding sales goals. Your job would be to display a friendly and outgoing personality while providing superior customer service on our sales floor. This position also includes some merchandising, light cleaning duties, and receiving & presenting merchandise.

As a sales associate, you will be responsible for achieving personal and store-wide sales goals and accomplish daily duties as assigned by management in a hard-working, friendly environment. In addition, you will promote our top designers and company promotions, while assisting new brides through an experience of a lifetime!

Position available as a Part Time or Full time position

• Promote top designers and company promotions, and assist brides through an exceptional shopping experience.
• Merchandising, light cleaning duties, receiving and presenting merchandise.
• Achieve personal and store-wide sales goals; accomplish daily duties as assigned by management.
• Showcase product knowledge and styling expertise.

• Experienced in retail sales (preferably in bridal store).
• An accomplished salesperson and committed to serving customers.
• Creative with an expert eye for fashion and styling.
• Passionate about bridal and helping brides find their dream dress.
• Proactive and enthusiastic skilled communicator.
• Creative problem solver who is organized and detail oriented.
• Skilled in merchandising and fashion styling.
• Must be available to work weekends.
• At least 1 year of bridal retail/sales experience.
• Ability to achieve and exceed sales goals; self-motivated with a positive attitude.
• Ability to work in a high-volume, fast-paced environment; multitask.
• Team player that enjoys working with a diverse population.
• Provide professional and friendly customer service; educated in garment fits & fabrics.
• Pay range: 21.00 to 25.00.
