Sales Associate – Van Cleef & Arpels

What are our expectations? A Sales Associate at Van Cleef & Arpels will be asked to achieve sales goals while balancing daily business and high‑jewelry sales. Responsibilities include developing a network and loyal clientele, attending social functions, inviting clients to in‑boutique events, supporting social media outreach, CRM initiatives, client data capture and reporting, display set‑up and breakdown, inventory safety, after‑sales service, repair process, following Maison policies, sharing history and quality standards, and maintaining boutique aesthetic.

Qualifications:

• 5–7 years in a fast‑paced luxury and/or sales background
• Bachelor’s Degree or Jewelry Certification preferred
• Strong understanding of customer service needs and priorities
• Excellent computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with customers
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

• Salary: $24.04 per hour (negotiated based on skills and experience). Role is commission eligible.
