We hand-stretch our dough, forage for great produce, and boast a small but mighty wine and craft cocktail program. We are looking for talented cooks who are committed to creating the amazing artisanal pizzas that Pitfire is known for!

Our family of restaurants includes American Beauty Steakhouse, The Win~Dow, Superba Food + Bread, Superba Snacks + Coffee, and Pitfire PIzza.

• Prepare artisanal pizzas and maintain high standards of quality and recipe adherence.
• Maintain food safety, proper portioning, and quality control.
• Work in a fast-paced scratch kitchen and adapt to a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Provide great service and contribute to a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with team members on seasonal menus and a creative bar program where applicable.

• 1 - 2 years of experience as a line cook in a scratch kitchen.
• Dedication to giving guests great service.
• Commitment to recipe adherence, food safety, and quality control.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.
• Ability to keep up with a fast-paced work environment.

• Competitive wages + TIPS (~$20- $23/hour including tips).
