Dishwasher

DISHWASHER – Pura Vida Miami

Pay: $18.00/hr – $19.00/hr

• Wash dishes, glassware, flatware, pots, or pans using dishwashers or by hand.
• Ensure all items are cleaned and sanitized in accordance with health and safety regulations.
• Maintain cleanliness of dishwashing area, including floors, walls, and countertops. Remove trash to designated containers.
• Handle and maintain dishwashing equipment, report malfunctions or maintenance needs to the Kitchen Manager.
• Replenish cleaning supplies such as detergent, sanitizers, and towels as needed.
• Properly sort and organize clean dishes, utensils, and equipment for easy access and efficiency.
• Assist in receiving deliveries and storing them in appropriate areas.
• Show willingness and ability to cross‑train in other restaurant roles.
• Support with any additional duties assigned.

• Previous dishwasher experience preferred but not required.
• Dexterity to operate industrial dishwashers, handle pots/pans, and other equipment with attention to detail.
• Understanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen.
• Familiarity with measurement system.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to bend and reach overhead, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs.
