Food Runner​/Bartender

Pay: $16.50 - $17.50 per hour

We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Bartender (we like to call them Vibe Tenders) to join our team! As a Vibe Tender, you will be responsible for creating and serving a wide range of beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized bar area.

• Welcoming customers, informing them about specials or new items, answering questions, and accepting orders and payments.
• Preparing drinks and serving items to customers, as well as fulfilling drink ticket orders.
• Run food orders at the bar.
• Selling alcoholic beverages highlighting the differences between items, and educating customers about menu options.
• Properly handle, maintain, and clean all equipment.
• Prep and stock garnishes needed for all beverages.
• Ensure the bar is properly stocked with alcoholic beverages, beer, wine, etc.
• Maintain professionalism and a high standard of customer service when interacting with all customers.
• Be a responsible, bad‑ass team player, taking initiative on tasks.
• Perform other duties, as assigned.

• Previous bartending experience is a plus.
• Have a genuine interest and passion in coffee and tea.
• Great attitude and takes pride in work done.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to problem solve quickly and handle multiple tasks.
• Be a responsible team‑player that can take initiative.

• Availability to work around peak hours, including nights, early mornings, weekends, and holidays.
• Must retain a reasonably open availability, including weekends, and be willing to meet the current needs of the shop.
• Willingness to work as part of a high‑energy, efficient team in a fast‑paced environment.
• At Coffee Dose, we use cheeky and strong language to express our love for caffeination. You may be regularly exposed to an environment whose morals, values, and beliefs may vastly differ from your own.
