Job Description
Many of us remember the good old days when meals were made from scratch in school cafeterias. The goal of the Garfield Re-2 Nutrition Services staff is to return to scratch cooking and eliminate highly processed foods.
Our department motto is “Food for Fuel”. It reflects our core value of supporting student achievement by offering healthy, great-tasting meals every day (approximately 1700 meals served daily across ten school locations). We also promote overall wellness through our breakfast programs.
