Position Summary- Manage a high volume of $10–$100 million real estate transactions, supporting successful closings through detailed contract review, analysis, and coordination
- Draft, revise, and summarize contractual terms using established templates in collaboration with internal teams, external partners, and outside counsel
- Support executive leadership and sales advisors throughout the transaction lifecycle
- Coordinate with outside attorneys, investors, escrow, and title to ensure timely execution of contractual obligations and due diligence
- Maintain exceptional organization and attention to detail while operating in a fast-paced environment
- Strong reading comprehension and legal writing skills
- Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Three or more years of experience reviewing attorney-drafted agreements preferred, but not required for a highly motivated candidate
- Experience in real estate transactions, estate planning, corporate transactional work, or contract-based project coordination strongly valued
- Clear opportunity for advancement into a Contract Specialist or Contract Manager role
- Draft, review, and summarize real estate sales contracts such as letters of intent to purchase, purchase agreements, listing agreements, counteroffers, amendments, and other real estate documents using existing established templates.
- Coordinating sales contracts from start to closing, ensuring parties to the contracts timely perform their contractual duties and complete their due diligence.
- Review and analyze preliminary title reports and title closing requirements.
- Create and maintain escrow timelines, due diligence checklists; ensuring timely performance of key contractual deadlines, due diligence, closings and supporting transaction documentation throughout each transaction.
- Coordinate communication between key players, advisors, and internal departments.
- Occasional tasks involve performing research applicable state statutes, regulations, contract laws, and real estate-related issues.
- Maintain organized electronic file systems; document internal processes as needed.
- You must possess strong reading, writing and verbal communication skills.
- High level of follow-up (REQUIRED), organization, accuracy, and dependability.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Docu Sign, and document management tools.
- Sample writing involving reviewing, analyzing, and summarizing contracts or pleadings (any type) must be provided.
