This is a full-time, on-site position for a Real Estate Agent and Loss Mitigation and Mortgage Loan Officer Trainee, located in Costa Mesa, CA. As a trainee, you will assist in real estate transactions, provide exceptional customer service, and support clients throughout the mortgage lending and property acquisition and foreclosure avoidance process. Key responsibilities include coordinating free, zero cost to homeowners loss mitigation submission packages to foreclosing lenders that immediately puts a Cease and Desist on all foreclosure proceedings, maintaining client relationships, assisting in real property and financial documentation to assist homeowners to avoid foreclsoure thru free legal loan modifications as well as other more complex loss mitigation stratagies while learning the fundamentals of real estate and mortgage lending through hands-on training under experienced professionals.
Work under onsite multi-state Real Estate Brokera, Direct Lenders, Private Investors as well as Foreclosure Defence and Bankruptcy Attorneys.
- An active Real Estate License or a strong motivation to attain one
- Experience or strong capability in Customer Service and Sales
- knowledge or background in real estate and property acquisitions.
- Strong communication, relationship-building, and organizational skills
- A willingness to learn about mortgage lending and related financial services
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site environment
- Experience in legal services related to real estate is a plus
- An associate or bachelor's degree in a related field is preferred but not required
