About the Role

The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator supports the day-to-day management and growth of the affiliate marketing program for the DTC business. Reporting into the Senior Manager or Director of Performance Marketing and partnering closely with the Senior Director of Digital Marketing, this role helps execute affiliate campaigns, manage partner relationships, track performance, and drive efficient customer acquisition and incremental revenue through the affiliate channel.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, performance-minded, and experienced in affiliate marketing within an ecommerce or DTC environment.

How You’ll Contribute
  • Support the day-to-day management of the affiliate marketing program across affiliate networks and platforms (Impact, CJ, Rakuten, Share

    ASale).
  • Assist with partner onboarding, setup, tracking links, and offer deployment.
  • Manage promotions, product launches, and seasonal campaigns with affiliate partners to drive incremental revenue.
  • Ensure accurate tracking, compliance, and attribution across all affiliate activity.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, including content creators, publishers, loyalty sites, and influencers.
  • Communicate promotions, creative assets, product updates, and program guidelines to partners.
  • Monitor partner activity to ensure brand alignment and program compliance.
  • Track affiliate performance metrics including revenue, ROAS, CPA, AOV, and partner contribution.
  • Identify optimization opportunities across partner mix, commission structures, and promotional strategies.
  • Prepare regular performance reports and insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Partner with Creative, Merchandising, and Ecommerce teams to source assets and align affiliate activity with key business priorities.
  • Collaborate with paid media and lifecycle teams to ensure channel alignment and minimize overlap or inefficiencies.
  • Support testing initiatives related to partner types, commission models, and promotional mechanics.
  • Maintain accurate program documentation, calendars, and partner records.
  • Stay up to date on affiliate marketing best practices, platform updates, and industry trends.
  • Support ad hoc performance marketing initiatives as needed.
What You Bring to the Team
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in affiliate marketing or performance marketing within a DTC or ecommerce environment.
  • Experience working with affiliate networks such as Impact, CJ, Rakuten, or Share

    ASale.
  • Experience in apparel, lifestyle, multi-brand, multi-gender brands is a strong plus.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify trends.
  • Familiarity with affiliate tracking, attribution, and commission structures.
  • Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
