This is a full‑time, on‑site role as a Tik Tok Specialist at WOLFpak in Costa Mesa, CA. The Tik Tok Specialist will be responsible for developing and executing our Tik Tok strategy, driving engagement, and growing our presence on the platform. This includes creating compelling content, managing Tik Tok LIVES, overseeing the Tik Tok Shop, implementing campaigns, coordinating with affiliates, scheduling and managing content creation staff, and ensuring all activities align with WOLFpak’s brand identity and marketing goals.
The role requires a deep understanding of Tik Tok’s ecosystem and a proactive approach to leveraging its features for brand growth.
- Proven experience and deep understanding of the Tik Tok platform, including its algorithm and trends
- Demonstrated experience in managing and executing Tik Tok LIVES, Shop operations, and ad campaigns
- Experience with affiliate marketing strategies and influencer collaborations on Tik Tok
- Ability to schedule, train, and manage content creation staff or a team for Tik Tok initiatives
- Strong creative vision for developing engaging video content tailored for Tik Tok’s audience
- Excellent analytical skills to track performance, optimize content, and report on key metrics
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to rapidly changing platform features
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- A portfolio of successful Tik Tok campaigns or managed accounts demonstrating platform expertise is a plus.
