By bringing the expertise, technology, and business model of the 21st century’s most innovative companies to the defense industry, Anduril is changing how military systems are designed, built and sold. Anduril’s family of systems is powered by Lattice OS, an AI-powered operating system that turns thousands of data streams into a realtime, 3D command and control center.

As the world enters an era of strategic competition, Anduril is committed to bringing cutting-edge autonomy, AI, computer vision, sensor fusion, and networking technology to the military in months, not years.

About the team

Their expertise will enable our ProdOS development teams to evolve their capabilities to support a broad array of manufacturing requirements, from supporting fabrication work orders to advanced dynamic production scheduling.

What you'll do
  • Configure and optimize integrations between systems to properly support the advanced manufacturing capabilities (complex work orders, dynamic routings, lineside inventory management, and AI-driven production scheduling) needed by our production organization by working with the stakeholder systems team (ERP, PLM, MES, etc.)
  • Work with teams owning core development of enterprise systems (MES, ERP, PLM) to design and configure solutions to support advanced manufacturing processes and high-rate production, ensuring 2nd and 3rd order effects impacting other departments are adequately solved (supply chain, accounting, finance, labor, design engineering, etc.)
  • Design and implement data structures, workflows, and business logic that accommodate manufacturing requirements
  • Create effective integration points between ERP, MES, PLM and other systems to ensure proper data flow for bill of materials, routings, work instructions, and quality parameters
  • Lead technical discussions and roadmaps for implementation of the proposed architecture
  • Identify potential system bottlenecks and provide solutions to maintain high performance, work with system development teams to solve
  • Establish technical standards and best practices for manufacturing systems integration
Required qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience configuring and implementing MES, ERP, and PLM systems and their integrations in complex manufacturing environments
  • Strong understanding of systems integration principles and technologies
  • Experience with industrial manufacturing processes, particularly in heavy metal fabrication, welding, machining, and assembly
  • Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
  • Advanced problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail
