Overview
We are seeking a passionate and mechanically inclined Assembly Specialist to join our team. This role is central to our in‑house manufacturing process, focusing on the precise and efficient assembly of high‑performance motorcycle components. A strong foundation in mechanical processes, attention to detail, and familiarity with motorcycle parts is essential. This position involves entry level work with CNC machines (training provided), laser engravers, and software tools such as Quick Books and One Note to ensure all products meet Rottweiler Performance’s high standards before they reach the customer.

What You Will RepresentYou are a key contributor to the quality and consistency of Rottweiler Performance’s products. Your work ensures that each item that leaves our facility is ready to perform. Precision, pride in craftsmanship, and attention to detail are critical. You’ll also be instrumental in improving and documenting processes to help us evolve and scale.
Pluses- Strong understanding of motorcycle components and performance parts
- Experience operating a laser engraver and/or CNC machines
- Hands‑on mechanical knowledge, especially related to powersports
- Proficiency with Microsoft tools such as One Note and Excel
- Previous Quick Books Manufacturing & Wholesale experience
- Extreme attention to detail and process documentation
- Set up and operate laser engraver for product marking and identification
- Assemble components per build sheets and internal documentation
- Perform QA checks and part counts before passing builds to the warehouse
- Maintain and update One Note with process changes and new product instructions
- Create and refine assembly instructions for new product launches
- Track and improve build efficiency and throughput
- Assist in the basic operation and support of CNC machinery
- Coordinate with inventory and warehouse teams to maintain optimal stock levels

Take initiative to improve processes and grow skillset
- 1+ year experience with Quick Books Manufacturing & Wholesale (preferred)
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, One Note)
- 1+ year laser engraver experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills
- Basic motorcycle knowledge preferred
- Fluent in English (spoken and written)
- Reliable transportation
- May be required to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Regular use of hands and small tools in a production setting
- Full‑time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
