Wet Process Operator – Plating (2nd Shift)

Job Purpose

Operation of Copper and Gold Plating Lines for Printed Circuit Board Industry

Nature of Duties/Responsibilities
  • Must be able to run automated Plating lines.
  • Previous experience with Manual plating as well, is preferred.
  • Candidate must know how to make additions of the chemistry involved in copper or gold plating. Candidate must follow all safety requirements on handling products and chemistry.
Education and Experience
  • 1- 2 years of experience in the copper or gold Plating functions.
  • The candidate must have good written and oral communications skills.
  • Understand process travelers, customer specifications and tolerances specified on travelers or blueprints.

Salary Range (annual) :$39520.00 - $45,760.00

Actual base pay within this range (determined at the offer stage) will be based on a candidate's years of relevant work experience, education, certifications, and skills, and is just one element of our total rewards package. The total rewards package also includes a variety of benefits, including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business and, depending on the role, may include eligibility for restricted stock unit awards and participation in a discretionary bonus program.
