Sales Manager

A Debt Consolidation Sales Manager leads and motivates a team of sales professionals who specialize in guiding clients toward debt relief solutions, such as debt settlement or consolidation. They are responsible for driving sales performance, managing team operations, and ensuring a high standard of client service and ethical conduct.

Job Responsibilities
  • You will be fully responsible for the success of our debt settlement operation, including.
  • Operating entire front end
  • Team Leadership:
    Build, manage, and scale a high-performance sales and service team.
  • Lead Generation:
    Secure low CPA live transfer leads from trusted partners. Create and optimize in-house lead channels: SEO, social media, mailers, and more.
  • Growth & Production:
    Own daily, weekly, and monthly production of KPIs.
  • Strategy & Execution:
    Develop marketing plans, streamline workflows, and improve customer outcomes.
  • Manage a team of 4-7 Agents.
Required Skills
  • 3+ years managing operations at a debt settlement or consumer finance company.
  • The proven ability to generate high-quality leads to low cost via live transfers and digital methods.
  • A record of accomplishment of building and scaling in-house teams.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory compliance in the debt space
  • Initiative-taker mindset with entrepreneurial drives you treat it like your business.
  • Total ownership of the business unit and its outcomes
  • Strong analytical, research, and critical thinking skills.
  • Understanding of laws, guidelines, and best practices of financial services
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
  • Technical Capacity
  • Ability to solve problems, analyze, and manage time appropriately.
  • Aptitude to work well under pressure and time deadlines.
