Anduril’s Corporate FP&A group is seeking a Senior Finance Manager to join our team and lead the design & development of corporate‑level planning & divisional finance consolidations. This is a Costa Mesa based role and not eligible for remote/hybrid work.
ABOUT THE JOBIn this role, you will lead the strategy, design & execution of Anduril’s consolidated FP&A model across each of the Company’s unique business lines. You’ll balance creative design with operational needs, drive scalable solutions that align with our operational model, & manage key relationships with external partners & internal teams. This role is critical to developing the foundation for Anduril’s long‑range corporate planning & achievement of the Company’s financial excellence roadmap.
Through strategic planning, project management, & business life cycle management this role will work directly with each of Anduril’s core business leaders to execute on short‑ & long‑term corporate planning strategies to build processes & tools allowing us to scale execution. This position offers a central role in Anduril’s strategic growth planning & execution with high levels of engagement with the executive suite.
WHATYOU’LL DO
- Own the corporate‑level FP&A processes for budgeting, forecasting & the overall corporate model
- Lead the preparation & management of the annual operating plan, long‑range financial plan & monthly forecast updates
- Lead the preparation of financial statements & executive dashboards for senior leadership
- Develop & manage robust processes & controls to ensure accuracy & consistency of financial data across functional groups
- Provide strategic financial insights & variance analysis related to performance, including revenue, OPEX, EBITDA, & cash flow
- Partner closely with Accounting, Tax, & functional department teams to align on financial results & ensure consistent assumptions
- Manage & improve the financial planning system & tools
- Support ad hoc financial analysis, scenario modeling, & executive decision‑making as required, including business development & licensing agreements

- Proven track record of managing complex financial projects across a multi‑faceted organization, from strategy to execution through on‑going maintenance
- Proven track record of successfully managing large‑scale, cross‑departmental & cross‑functional projects in a corporate environment with high visibility from the executive leadership team
- Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions for detailed financial model design & planning strategies
- Strong financial acumen & experience with budgeting & financial management
- Excellent leadership, communication & interpersonal skills
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to deliver high‑impact results on time & within budget
- 7+ years of experience in Corporate Finance or Strategy, with a focus on design & strategic planning for a distributed workforce across various unique business units, with at least 3 years in a managerial role managing a team of close collaborators
- Master’s degree, or MBA in business, operations, finance or a related field
