Job Details Responsibilities- Manage a diverse caseload of complex healthcare disputes, always pursuing strategies that have the greatest long-term value for our clients and the healthcare system.
- Represent our clients in hearings, arbitrations, mediations, and negotiations—delivering high-impact advocacy in every forum.
- Engage with clients and colleagues to surface innovative approaches that address both client and systemic needs.
- Uphold the highest standards of professional ethics and contribute to a collaborative, mission-driven workplace.
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school and in good standing in California.
- Energized by advocacy, especially in hearings and live legal argument.
- Thrive at the intersection of legal creativity, strategic thinking, and systemic problem-solving.
