Our client is a major firm, seeking a junior to mid-level trademark associate for its Trademark and Advertising Law Practice in Dallas, Charlotte, San Francisco, and Costa Mesa. The salary range for this position is $310,00-$420,000, dependent upon experience.
Qualifications- 4-7 years of experience in trademark clearance, prosecution, and enforcement.
- Experience with advertising claims review and label compliance, and advertising-related disputes is preferred.
- Prior law firm experience is strongly preferred.
- Strong academic credentials.
- Excellent writing and interpersonal skills; team focused.
- All candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S.
