Salary and Benefits

Salary Range: $120,000 - $210,000 / Year DOE

  • 401K with a 3% match, eligible after one year.
  • Medical, dental, and vision insurance, effective the first of the month after starting.
  • Unlimited vacation, contingent on meeting billable hours.
  • Paid holidays.
  • Cell phone reimbursement of $100 per month.
Litigation Attorney Responsibilities
  • Manage direct client contact and provide legal counsel on civil rights, personal injury, employment, and eminent domain cases.
  • Draft and file written motions, including motions to compel summary judgment.
  • Respond to discovery requests and prepare for trials.
  • Take and defend depositions as part of case preparation.
Litigation Attorney Requirements
  • 3-10 years of civil litigation experience, with flexibility on years if strong.
  • Experience in personal injury, civil rights, employment law, insurance defense, tort liability, or wrongful death.
  • Proficient in drafting written motions and responding to discovery.
  • Must be barred in California.
  • Ability to meet the billable hours requirement of 1850 per year.
  • Experience in taking and defending depositions preferred.
  • Trial experience is a plus.
  • Experience representing public entities is a plus.
