Overview
We are seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with 5+ years of CA litigation experience to support a busy litigation practice in beautiful Costa Mesa! The ideal candidate has a strong litigation background, exceptional attention to detail, and advanced document management skills.
Key Qualifications- 5+ years of litigation experience in a law firm environment
- California litigation experience required
- Experience supporting Business Litigation, Real Estate, and Labor & Employment matters preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal, state, and appellate court filing rules and procedures
- Extensive e-filing and calendaring experience
- Experience preparing tables of contents and tables of authorities
- Excellent proofreading, writing, and formatting skills
- Strong organizational, follow-up, and time-management skill
- Experience with Microsoft Office, iManage or similar document management systems
- Experience with Compu Law, Best Authority - preferred
