Job Title – Transactional Real Estate Paralegal

Company Location – Costa Mesa, CA

Work Arrangement and Compensation

On‑site, Full Time, Hybrid 3 Days Per Week

Salary Range; $100k-148k

Job Summary

Integr8staff seeks an experienced Transactional Real Estate Paralegal for a global Am Law
50 firm and rated one of the Best Law Firms to Work in 2025.

Responsibilities
  • Communicates regularly with the team.
  • Double checks work product before presenting attorneys for review and again before sending or filing.
  • Conduct fact investigation and development, analysis and strategy, and document and file management.
  • Conducting due diligence, managing closing processes, and collaborating with external vendors to ensure efficient and accurate transaction handling.
  • Handles multiple projects, often in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment, requiring prioritization and flexibility.
  • Collaboration with firm personnel at all levels.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 4 years of Real Estate Paralegal experience working in a law firm.
  • An ABA‑approved paralegal certification is required.
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is required, plus substantial and relevant work experience.
  • A bachelor's degree or some college is preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows 10, Microsoft Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Zoom, and Teams.
  • Experience with True Filing, Relativity Text Map, Case Map, Page Vault, or other document management systems is preferred.
  • Ability to self‑manage projects and monitor discovery and filing deadlines to ensure completion of pending projects and compliance with statutory pre‑trial deadlines.
  • Experience with voluminous document productions and e‑discovery.
  • Possess excellent spelling, grammar, and punctuation skills.
  • Billing requirement of 1600 hours per year.
  • Ability to work overtime, evenings, and weekends, as needed.
  • Travel up to 10% may be required.
