About the RoleAs a Consulting Senior Manager – Property & Casualty Insurance
, you will make an impact by leading large‑scale business and technology transformation initiatives for P&C insurers. You will be a valued member of the Insurance Consulting team, working collaboratively with clients, delivery leaders, and cross‑functional Cognizant teams to drive measurable business outcomes.
- Lead end‑to‑end P&C insurance transformation programs, including core system modernization and digital enablement initiatives
- Serve as a trusted advisor to senior client stakeholders, translating business needs into actionable consulting and technology solutions
- Drive requirements definition, solution design, and delivery governance across multi‑tower engagements
- Contribute to go‑to‑market initiatives by leveraging industry trends, client insights, and domain expertise
- Lead, mentor, and inspire consulting teams while consistently demonstrating the Cognizant Way to Lead

What You Must Have to Be Considered- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 10+ years of experience in Property & Casualty insurance
, with consulting experience strongly preferred - Proven leadership in large‑scale P&C core system transformations (e.g., Guidewire, Duck Creek)
- Strong ability to assess complex business and technology impacts and drive actionable solutions
- Demonstrated client‑facing leadership and experience managing cross‑functional, global teams
- Master’s degree (MBA or equivalent)
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments
- Strong analytical, communication, and executive‑level presentation skills
- Ability to thrive in ambiguity and lead through change
- $134,500 - $158,500
- This position is eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans
