Senior Dynamics 365​/X++ Developer

We are seeking a highly motivated, detail-oriented, and passionate Microsoft Dynamics 365 Developer to architect, develop, and support integrations and customizations within Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations. This role will work closely with both technical and business teams to deliver high-performing application solutions in a dynamic, growing organization.

This role is responsible for converting functional requirements into technical customizations using .NET and X++ native programming languages. The developer will collaborate with functional analysts and technical project leaders to design, develop, and implement Dynamics 365 customizations, integrations, and data migration solutions.

• Customize and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 using .NET, X++, and related technologies
• Design and develop integrations between Dynamics 365 and external systems
• Create and modify reports using SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS)
• Develop and modify forms, tables, custom logic, and reports in X++
• Perform data conversions and migration into Dynamics 365
• Architect and develop gap/fit solutions in collaboration with business stakeholders
• Manage customizations within defined project budgets
• Document technical designs, features, and enhancements
• Provide regular status updates to project managers and stakeholders
• Analyze, design, and implement complex system enhancements as a principal owner of assigned systems
• Recommend technical alternatives, solutions, and risk mitigation strategies
• Anticipate project plan changes and propose alternative approaches when needed
• Travel up to 10% (including potential international travel)

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of relevant experience in technology implementation and management
• Experience working in multi-channel, multi-brand wholesale and retail environments preferred
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 data structures
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with external systems
• Familiarity with Azure services, particularly Azure SQL Databases
• Functional knowledge of production and project modules within Dynamics 365
• Advanced SQL reporting and query development (T-SQL and X++ query language)
• Experience developing stored procedures in Microsoft SQL Server
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) practices
• Experience with Team Foundation Version Control or similar version control tools
• Experience integrating Dynamics 365 with CRM, B2B, or B2C systems is a plus
• Dynamics 365 functional certifications are a plus
• Finance process knowledge is a plus
• 3PL / logistics experience is a plus

Pay Range: $115,000-$130,000 annually plus bonus based on experience
