We’re hiring a Customer Success Account Manager to support high-value enterprise clients across the US and EMEA.
What You’ll Do:
- Manage key enterprise accounts (airports, retail, stadiums)
- Drive renewals, upsells, and platform adoption
- Deliver technical support & strategic advice
- Collaborate across Product, Sales, and Strategy teams
What You Bring:
- 5+ years managing high-value, technical B2B accounts
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with SaaS, CRM, Martech, APIs & BI tools
- Self-starter who thrives in fast-paced environments
