Role Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Amazon Marketplace Specialist to manage and optimize our presence across both U.S. and international Amazon marketplaces. This individual will oversee product listings, inventory, and performance while ensuring a strong customer experience across global Amazon platforms. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Costa Mesa, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Product Listing Management:
Create, optimize, and maintain product listings across U.S. and international Amazon marketplaces, including titles, descriptions, images, keywords, and backend search terms. - International Marketplace Management:
Manage listings, pricing, and compliance across Amazon international marketplaces (UK, EU, CA, AU, etc.). - Inventory Management:
Monitor inventory levels and coordinate fulfillment through Amazon FBA, including international FBA where applicable. - Advertising & Promotions:
Assist with planning and execution of Amazon advertising campaigns across domestic and international accounts. - Storefront Maintenance:
Maintain Amazon storefronts to ensure consistent branding across regions. - Customer
Experience:
Monitor customer reviews and feedback across all marketplaces and escalate issues as needed. - Performance Reporting:
Track KPIs across U.S. and international accounts to identify trends and growth opportunities. - Compliance:
Ensure compliance with Amazon policies, category requirements, and international marketplace regulations. - Cross-Team
Collaboration:
Work closely with marketing, product development, and operations teams to support global growth initiatives.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field (preferred).
- 1+ years of experience managing Amazon Seller Central, including international marketplaces.
- Strong understanding of Amazon SEO, advertising, and FBA fulfillment for both domestic and international markets.
- Experience managing currency, VAT considerations, and international listing compliance is a plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Highly organized with strong time-management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools.
