- Location: Costa Mesa, CA (on-site at corporate HQ)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM PST
- Team: Join a team of 4, fully on-site
- Contract: Long-term with possible conversion
- Pay Range: $20–$22.50/hour (varies by skills, experience, education)
- Benefits: Start on day 1 (medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA/DCFSAs, 401k, paid sick leave/other PTO per law)
- Handle Tier 1 and some Tier 2 support
- Manage 20–60 tickets/week via Service Now
- Troubleshoot:
- Mac systems (mid-advanced level)
- Windows systems (basic level)
- Collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- Support A/V setups for events (up to 3/week)
- Assist with Adobe Creative Cloud (preference folders)
- 1–2+ years managing Help Desk tickets (Service Now or similar)
- 1+ year Mac troubleshooting (imaging, software installs/upgrades, IAM password resets)
- Experience with collaboration tools (Zoom, Teams, Slack)
- Audio/Visual setup experience for events
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud
- Windows troubleshooting (logins, password resets, software installs/upgrades)
- Active individual with a passion for the outdoors (aligns with company culture)
- Eager to grow knowledge base in a large, values-driven organization
