Job Summary

We are seeking a Product Support Specialist to provide operational support for accounts payable, invoicing, and payment processes, while driving automation initiatives. This position is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, automation, and optimization of accounts payable (AP), invoicing, and payment processes. With a strong focus on automating manual tasks and enhancing core process efficiencies, the specialist will directly contribute to the phased objectives of the roadmap: core process efficiencies, governance and transparency, and analytics/continuous optimization.

This role collaborates cross-functionally to deliver measurable improvements, maintain compliance, and drive the organization’s long‑term automation vision.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert support for AP, invoicing, and payment operations, ensuring accuracy and timely processing.
  • Manage and process accounts payable, invoicing, and payment workflows accurately and on time.
  • Monitor and reconcile vendor accounts to ensure compliance and resolve discrepancies.
  • Maintain documentation of processes and improvements.
  • Support the intake, categorization, and processing of invoices using automation tools and technologies.
  • Implement, configure, and maintain automation solutions utilizing platforms such as Oracle, Power Automate, and Python.
  • Monitor and optimize automated workflows to maximize efficiency and reduce manual intervention.
  • Contribute to quick wins and longer‑term objectives as defined by the AP Automation Roadmap.
  • Participate in process reviews, identify improvement opportunities, and propose automation enhancements.
  • Support data‑driven analytics for AP process optimization and continuous improvement.
Required Skills And Experience
  • Proven expertise in accounts payable process support, including invoice management and payment workflows.
  • Hands‑on experience with automation tools such as Oracle, Power Automate, and Python for AP and invoicing processes.
  • Understanding of compliance, internal controls, and audit protocols within financial operations.
  • Excellent communication and problem‑solving abilities, with a focus on technical support and stakeholder engagement.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in accounts payable support, automation tool implementation, product support finance operations, AP automation projects, or related roles.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or related field (preferred)
  • Professional certifications in automation technologies or financial operations (preferred).
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a cross‑functional environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication, problem‑solving, and ability to work independently.
